Sales Staff You’ll find Heritage Fireplace staffed by friendly & experienced professionals that listen to your needs. Our 46 years in this business gives us the experience to help you choose the products that are best for you, discuss the pros and cons, cover any installation requirements, and answer any questions you might have. We continue to be members with HPBA (Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association) because of the value it offers our sales staff. They attend education & certification classes; see the newest in products at the annual Expo and network with other dealers. This is just some of the ways we are able to stay on the cutting edge.
Service Technician  Virtually all the products we sell come with some form of warranty. Warranties will vary by company in the length and scope of coverage. Though many manufacturers supply replacement parts under warranty, they often do not cover labor charges or travel time. We service everything we sell. We do all this with our own employees, equipment and vehicles. When it comes to details, accuracy and safety, our professionals are unmatched. We only service the products we sell in the fall & winter to insure a fast response to our customers. During the spring & summer we will include products we haven’t sold. An annual cleaning and maintenance is recommended on all gas and pellet products. We offer this service, everything gets checked, tested, and cleaned, including the fan. It’s best to schedule this service during the summer months.

Our In-Store Repair Shop is well equipped to handle most problems and we have the experience and expertise to handle most anything. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM - NO PROBLEM! Rest assured, we’ll do our very best to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
